1. How long will the delivery of my order take?

A: From the time of receiving your order request, kindly allow us 5-7 working days to ship out your order. If its is a customised product timelines may vary.

2. How do I clean my pots? Are the safe to be kept outdoors?

A: You can clean the pots with a damp cloth. Make sure to clean them once every time after watering. The pots are safe to be kept outdoors as they are protected with a varnish spray.

3. Do the planters come with a drain hole?

A: Yes! All our planters have a provision of a drain hole at the bottom for the water to seep out smoothly.

4. Can a plant be potted directly into the planter?

A: Each of our hand painted planter comes with a drain hole to make it easy to directly plant into the pot. So yes, you can directly plant or even just placed a pre-potted plant into the planter.

5. Do you customise pots? shape & design?

A: Yes we can customise the design for the pots as per your liking or you could select from our range of designs. If you would like a shape customisation that is possible as well! (provided you have 10+ qty requirement).

6. Are the candles scented?

A: Yes! All the candles are scented.

7. What are the instructions for burning the candles?

A: Our candles are decorative pieces, but if you wish to burn them please follow the care instructions.

1. Place on a heat safe surface while burning candles.
2. Do not leave unattended
3. Keep away from children & pets.
4. Do not leave in direct heat or sunlight
5. As they are hand poured, minor imperfections are visible.
8. What are soy candles? What is special about them?
A: Soy candles are candles made from soy wax, which is a processed form of soybean oil. Soy wax burn 50% longer than paraffin wax. Soy also burns evenly, leaving practically no excess wax on the sides of the jar. Most importantly, soy not only burns cleaner, but slower too as it has a much lower melting point. They don't produce much black soot like paraffin candles do.
